I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Kristin! She is not only a compassionate and caring provider, but she is also extremely knowledgeable. She has helped me so much throughout my pregnancy, and I truly would not be able to function if it were not for her. She also adjusts my 2 year old daughter and has helped her with so many things from colic and sleep issues to ear aches and sinus congestion. She is honestly one of the most intelligent and capable providers I've ever met!

Doc Kristin is amazing, both my husband & I see her regularly, I have arthritis in my neck as well as a list of old injuries and she really takes of me. My husband has bulging disc's in his neck and she has taken such good care with her gentle adjustments that he has been able to avoid a rather risky surgery. We always recommend her to any looking for a chiropractor

My whole family sees Dr. Kristin. My daughter struggles with constant ear infections so we get her adjusted as she gets them to help with her drainage. She does not need tubes because of her adjustments. We love Dr. Kristin!

I have been seeing Dr. Kristin for over 7 years now and she has become my go-to for all my physical needs. Best chiropractor on the north shore! Great bedside manners, staff is very personable, friendly and greets you with a smile. My appointments are every 2-3 weeks and I always leave feeling amazing.

My niece hurt her arm while we were in town visiting family. Dr. Smith had us come in and examine her. She was gentle, and very detailed in explaining what she thought was going on. We went for an x-ray just to confirm. Let's just say, she was back to normal before we got home.

Dr Kristin Smith at Life Care Family Wellness and Chiropractic has changed my life. I am a lifelong migraine sufferer whose quality of life has always been effected by neck and headache pain. I've seen many doctors and two other chiropractors who put bandaids on my problems. After finding Dr Kristin through a friend several years ago, she gently adjusted and worked on me and after a week, I felt totally different. I've gone at least every two weeks since and I've only had one migraine in 3 years. I could probably go less, but I ride horses and the jarring puts me out of line. Seeing Dr Kristin regularly keeps this over 50 lady feeling great all over and allows me to keep up my active lifestyle. I can honestly say that Dr Kristin is the most important part of my healthcare team! I am blessed to have her.

WE LOVE DR. KRISTEN!! 3 of my 6 kids and myself see her. She is the sweetest most caring person. She always remembers little details about things you share with her and that shows she really pays attention when you're talking. One of my twins was getting sick all the time so I finally took him to see her. She not only adjusted him but suggested some supplements I could give him to boost his immune system. He's doing great now. Plus, I have never felt better myself and notice I don't get migraines as often as I used since seeing her.

I have been going to Dr. Kristin Smith for years! She has helped me with my lower back pain, migraines and so much more! I can not recommend her enough. She treated me before my pregnancy, during my pregnancy and after.

Before I was pregnant I would visit Dr. Smith at her Slidell office for routine maintenance. I would basically visit every time my neck was stiff or my back would go out. I never thought about needing chiropractic care when I was pregnant until I started experiencing ligament pain. These pains would get so bad, it was hard to walk. After belly bands and other things would not work I called Dr. Smith begging for relief! Within one or two visits I was back on my feet.

Not only has she helped me, she has also helped my daughter. Playing the formula game with an infant was not fun. Her sleep was off, her belly full of gas and this momma was done! One day I was getting adjusted and she said, let me take a look. Let’s just say, from that moment on we made sure to get in atleast once a month. Dr. Kristin Smith is truly a wealth of knowledge that cares about her patients. Everyone I have sent there usually calls me and says something they’ve learned from her. I can’t recommend her enough. My son is 6 and has always had a problem wetting the bed at night. I had talked about getting him several times with Kristin. Well we finally did and this is his second night of no bed wetting. I cannot tell y’all how excited he is. Kristin said his sacral really needed adjustment. She’s the best guys.

I'm not sure if it's the doctor (in this case Kristen) or maybe it's just because she's a chiropractor. I'm not sure but you know you've found the right doctor when it feels (pardon the pun) like you're visiting family. Well, not the in-laws. Maybe friends would be a better description.
From the first visit that my wife and I had, to even the kids it's been great. The front office secretary is amazing. The customer service is top notch. She remembers names, kids, places you've vacationed too, goals etc. This is who you need as the first face people see when coming into a doctors office.
I haven't had any experiences with the other doctors, but they do at least acknowledge you when they enter the waiting room. Which by the way is never really long. Longest wait was maybe 15 min. And that's only because my whole family (5 of us) was going in to get adjusted.
Doc Kristen makes you feel at home, never really seems rushed, she's always looking for feedback as to your condition what works what doesn't. She never forces the crack unlike 2 other chiropractors I've seen....there's no "wing dinger"! (YouTube that Apparently you can make a mess doing that)
She's amazing it's just plain and simple. She seems to truly care about her patients. We've been seeing her for a couple of years now. She'll straighten you out!

I first visited Dr. Smith due to pregnancy pains.

She took the time out to get to know me and ask questions about where my pains were located, how severe they were, what triggered them, and how long I had been having them for.

She is super knowledgeable and gives in-depth details about why certain pains may be occurring and is never bothered by all of my questions.

After my second adjustment, I felt a huge difference and continued seeing her for weekly appointments.

Needless to say, I was able to give birth to my baby naturally with no pain medication and I give all credit to Dr. Smith for aligning my body and making labor and delivery smooth sailing!!

I recommend anyone, pregnant or not to see her as she will make your body feel more mobile and symmetrical.

My newborn is now a new patient of hers and I look forward to all the benefits chiropractic care will provide for my baby.

The absolute best! I have not known any other chiropractor who cares for her patient as much as she does. If I have questions regarding my special needs son's health issues, I know I can always send her a message and she takes the time to answer and would even ask her colleagues if she is not sure about it. We live an hour away and will brave through New Orleans traffic just to see her.

You'd be hard pressed to find a more caring, holistic person with such skill! Dr. Smith is amazing! She is well educated on different chiropractic styles and can easily customize to your needs. Due to 2 slipped discs in my neck I could barely turn my head to see around me. My arms constantly went numbed due to one disc pressing on a nerve. After a few visits with Dr. Smith, I could almost look behind me and the frequent numbing of my arms stopped. The best part is I could bring my three kids to the visits. In fact she also works with my 8 year old son, who's hips caused his feet to point inward, which had him often tripping over his own feet. He is doing so much better under her care. A good chiropractor is hard to find, a great one impossible. She is the impossible. I can't recommend her enough.
