As a pediatric and perinatal certified chiropractor, my goal is to help you and/or your child improve function and adaptability by removing interferences to the nervous system through your chiropractic adjustment. Sometimes, however, various posture, breathing, strengthening, and neurological exercises are necessary to help you reach the next level of wellness and allow for the adjustment to hold better.

These gentle exercises are designed to help women limit aches and pains during pregnancy, prepare them for childbirth, and keep the core functioning as optimally as possible while accommodating a growing baby.
During the post-partum period, there is a lot of recovery going on and we need to make sure we’re taking advantage of that time period by gently restoring proper breathing, adequate care of the core, and easing the transition from pregnant to postpartum. These videos will help with that and aim to prevent future issues related to the postpartum period.
